The apartment is located in a community that is regularly patrolled by local police who monitor the area approximately every 30 minutes. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking inside the house is prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a $500 flat fee. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $250. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $525 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.
