Doc Ford's rum bar is next door. The entrance to the Pinellas Trail is right across the street. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. Guests must pick up after their pets inside and outside the rental. A $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. No smoking is allowed inside the rental. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout time is 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
