We also have a lovely shared garden. Rent & Utilities Monthly Rent: $1,323 Monthly Utilities: Utilities (internet, gas, electric, sewer) run about ∼$175 per month in addition to rent. About Us We're friendly and respectful roommates who value a peaceful home environment: S: A 30 M software engineer. Z: A 35 F traveling nurse. We keep the house clean and maintain an easy, drama-free living situation by respecting each other's spaces and schedules. We're generally quiet, with quiet hours between 11 PM and 8 AM. We like to think of this as our home, not a rental. Its not a party house, but we have hosted events for Christmas, thanksgiving, special occasions, etc. Who We're Looking For The ideal housemate is a working professional who is responsible, tidy, and laid-back. We want someone who will fit in well with the current tenants and help us maintain a calm, clean, and respectful home. A few requirements (musts): Financial Stability: Must be able to show income verification of 3x the monthly rent. Single Tenant Only: This is a room for one person. Significant others are welcome to visit when appropriate.
