Please clean your dishes before you go; if the home is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $60 for every extra hour of cleaning required. Sticking to your check-out time is essential to avoid a $85/hour fee for delaying our cleaning professionals. Smoking indoors or near windows will result in a $1000 fee. Parties or excessive noise is not allowed and misbehavior results in a $1000 fee. For reservations made by an employer/corporate, the main guest/employee must be present at the time of check-in and during the stay; renting it out without permission is subject to immediate eviction without refund. The use of glitter for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. The stairs and entryway are narrow, and while clean, the carpet on the stairs has some staining. The kitchenware is fully stocked but well used. The patio does not include outdoor furniture. Only the master bedroom has a small AC unit.
