Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found. The maximum number of guests is as stated in the listing details. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
