The parking lot can get creepy at night, so you may want to find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally, controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. The space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500.
