Enjoy paddling right from the backyard with two kayaks, sunny afternoons playing ping pong or barbecuing outside, and unwinding with a cocktail as the sun sets over the water. Spend the day exploring nearby parks and beaches with provided bikes. Guests at Hernando Beach can enjoy oyster hunting and fishing. Anglers will find a variety of fish, including redfish, snook, trout, and snapper, making it ideal for both casual fishing and serious sport fishing. Beyond fishing, the area’s waterways are perfect for boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding, ensuring plenty of ways to enjoy the stunning Gulf Coast scenery. A car is recommended for exploring nearby Weeki Wachee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Gulf Coast beaches. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard. You must pick up after your pet. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable.
