The backyard is an entertainer’s playground, featuring a private pool, pool chairs, a cornhole game, and a putting green. A generous kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a large island, and a full set of cooking tools. The adjacent dining area seats the whole group, and an outdoor patio offers an al-fresco option for breezy Florida evenings. This home also provides an open-plan layout, giving kids plenty of room to play safely. A pack-n-play is provided for the youngest travelers. Pets are welcome with a written notification from the guest and host approval, allowing one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified), with a pet fee applied. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately, and at least a week's notice is kindly requested. It is strategically located near pristine Gulf beaches and well-connected to major roads like Park Boulevard and Seminole Boulevard, making it easy to get around Pinellas County. You will have convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options, including numerous restaurants, cafes, a modern shopping center, and grocery stores like Publix and Winn-Dixie. Driving is the most convenient way to get around, with Uber and Lyft readily available. Biking is also a good option for shorter distances, with the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail running for 75 miles through the county. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil, but coffee is not provided. Cameras are located outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly, and after it rains, some debris may wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
