A car is needed for most things, though everything is a short drive away. The home is quiet inside, but located on a busier road, so some traffic noise is possible. Trash is collected on Tuesday and Friday mornings; please place bins out the night before. Recycling is on Tuesday morning. Guests can bring up to 2 pets, and they must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard. Guests must pick up after their pet, or a penalty of $75 per incident will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside.
