Enjoy a Pac-Man arcade game, shuffleboard, and a large 65-inch Smart TV with a popcorn maker for movie nights. The chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and baking trays. A drip and K-Cup coffee maker with coffee is provided, along with an air fryer, a dining table that seats 6, and a high chair. The townhome also features a cocktail bar with glassware, board games, and tailgate games. This apartment is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 pets with advance notification and a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Located in a quiet enclave of 8-10 townhomes, this complex is on a busier street, but the other side is a quiet neighborhood. You'll need a car for most things, though everything is a super short drive from downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, beaches, and top restaurants. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Guests can bring up to 2 pets, and failure to pick up after your pet will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unless requested and approved in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed.
