No parties, gatherings, loud music, and smoking are allowed at the property. The use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Be aware that marijuana detectors are in use throughout the property. For security reasons, a camera is installed outside the entryway, and noise and smoke monitoring devices are also in place within the apartment. Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Any property damage will be charged to the guest. If the property is left extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply. A maximum of 2 guests are allowed to stay at this property, and any extra guest will be charged a fee of $45. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee. Early check-in or late checkout that is unauthorized will incur a $300 penalty fee.
