Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Ideally located close to different attractions, this apartment is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
