Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. The fee for an unregistered pet is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200.
