Designed for comfort, convenience, and outdoor fun, this camper/RV features a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, ice maker, dishes, silverware, and cookware. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining options, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV. Outside, you'll find a BBQ grill with utensils and an outdoor kitchen. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $100 per pet per stay. The neighborhood is great for families or groups and provides a peaceful backdrop for your glamping experience. A car is recommended for exploring nearby parks, beaches, trails, and local attractions. The property offers a peaceful and private glamping setting while keeping you close to outdoor adventures and entertainment in the surrounding area. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the rental. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
