Unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks is prohibited, and fees will apply. Pets must be kept off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages.
