Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house, as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed. Extra guests require management consent. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the partner before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking. Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
