As you walk in, you will see the condo has a nice separation for guests. On the left side of the condo are the queen and twin rooms with a separate hallway and shared bathroom, as well as a laundry room off the hallway. As you enter the main living space of the condo, you will see a nice open kitchen, pantry, and dining room. Take a few short steps down to the sunken living room that completely opens onto the balcony with bay views. On the other side of the house, at the end, you have the master suite with an en suite bathroom. The fireplace can be controlled by a remote located next to the TV. Ask about the baby gear rental for $79, which includes a high chair, pack n' play (baby crib), sheets, blanket, toys, books, plastic dinnerware, and other items. Located in one of the best areas in all of San Diego, this condo is close to the harbor and 2 miles from the ocean. La Playa is a local spot in Point Loma tucked away at the end of the peninsula. Beach access is directly across the street, where one can enjoy a dog and kid-friendly beach, walking trail, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming in the San Diego Bay. A maximum of 6 guests, including children, are allowed. Any guests over 6 will incur a fee of $250 per person, per month. All guests should be registered. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property, including all outdoor spaces. No parties are allowed, and if you are in violation, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your remaining stay. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Only pets that have been approved prior to your stay are allowed. Please take care of the furnishings, as charges will incur for damages. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
