Equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time, this apartment features a full kitchen, dining areas, a comfy living area, and a free washer/dryer. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for sharing meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. Enjoy access to the community pool and a nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence and Pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. This apartment is conveniently located near various attractions, including USF (2.2 miles), MOSI (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 miles). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 8. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly.
