This home is built for fun and comfort, featuring a living room, a dining room, a game room with foosball, a pool table, and gaming, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a private pool and hot tub, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor patio with grill and loungers, and free access to a community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. There is a free washer and dryer. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Disney World is 10 minutes away, SeaWorld is 35 minutes away and Universal Studios is 40 minutes away. It is expected that any mess and/or pet waste is cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 20 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation and up to 3 cars may park in the driveway. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
