Any violation of the no-smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy. Violators of the no parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
