The cultivation, production, distribution, or purchase of cannabis or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited. - Any short-term subletting, including but not limited to AirBnB, is strictly prohibited and will constitute a breach of lease. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Moving costs are the responsibility of the tenant. - The tenant will be responsible for paying any penalties due to non-compliance with the regulations and declaration of co-ownership (if applicable). - The tenant will be responsible for paying any costs due to the loss of keys. - The property will be clean on the date of occupancy and the unit must be returned in the same condition: this includes all the condo's fixtures and fittings, as well as the condition of the floors and walls. Except for normal wear and tear, any damage must be repaired at the tenant's expense before leaving the premises. - The TENANT agrees to read the building regulations and sign them to confirm that they understand and accept their contents.
