A noise monitoring device is installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels, but does not record audio. By booking your stay, you acknowledge the risks connected with activities such as lawn games and any activity in the surrounding area, and agree not to hold the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home accountable or bring legal action against them. You also acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries, and certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
