Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including new noise-reducing windows for quiet and privacy, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. One reserved parking spot is included in the gated lot, with additional free street parking available. This apartment sleeps up to 3 guests and dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. A $150 cleaning fee applies if the pet rules are not followed.
