The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Indulge in the luxury of a private pool in your own backyard while soaking up the Florida sun. This dazzling private pool is the ultimate backdrop for your TikTok and YouTube videos! Enjoy exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. Located in Davenport near theme parks, this vacation home is near many attractions. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. Kissimmee Station is a 22-minute drive and Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) is a 27-minute drive. Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave, but if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
