The fully equipped chef's kitchen features a large island with bar seating for 3 and brand new appliances, including a new dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and smart refrigerator with built-in speaker and touchscreen TV. The main level includes three spacious living areas, a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided), and a dining area with a travertine dining table that seats 6-8. There is also a screened outdoor living/dining room with outdoor heaters, a large yard with a barbecue and firepit, Smart TVs with streaming services like Netflix, board games, air conditioning, and fans throughout. The kitchen opens onto a 3-seasons outdoor living and dining room, fully enclosed by bug screens and with outdoor heaters and lots of lighting for your comfort. Outdoor sofas seat 8-10 and the outdoor dining table seats up to 8. In the summer months, there is also a swinging chair in the porch area.
Located in the Mont-Cascades community, this house is less than a 1-minute drive to Mt. Cascades ski hill and water park and a 10-minute drive to Gatineau River public park.
