Designed for groups and families, this luxury condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A large living area anchors the home, with an adjacent gaming area that creates a natural gathering spot. The full kitchen provides space to cook and connect, with stainless steel appliances and a dining table suited for shared meals. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and thoughtfully arranged interiors keep the home comfortable year-round. TVs in the home support relaxed evenings indoors. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival.
Guests have access to community amenities including a pool, gym, and free parking on the premises. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Reunion offers a balance of quiet surroundings and proximity to attractions. Disney is approximately 6 miles away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios within an easy drive. Outside the community gates, you will find a wide range of dining options, water parks, airboat rides, and local attractions that make Central Florida such a popular destination. The resort is located within a gated community secured by a 24-hour security guard.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
