Guests have access to community amenities including a pool, gym, and free parking on the premises, with space for up to two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Reunion offers a balance of quiet surroundings and proximity to attractions. Disney is approximately 6 miles away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios within an easy drive. Outside the community gates, you will find a wide range of dining options, water parks, airboat rides, and local attractions that make Central Florida such a popular destination. Reunion is known for its golf courses and walkable streets. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
