As part of The Retreat at ChampionsGate, you have access to resort pools, a lazy river, a water slide, cabanas, a Tiki Bar, a fitness center, a movie theater, a games room, a playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, a golf driving range, a putting green, a golf clubhouse, and 6 clay tennis courts. Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $35 per day. Up to two cars may park in the spaces near the house. Located in a gated masterplan community in Davenport, this townhouse has easy access to major attractions. You are within a short drive of Disney World and Universal Studios, along with nearby dining options. The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family with world-class golf courses and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 am, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
