Centrally located on Peachtree Street, this condo provides easy access to the city's premier attractions, including Americas Mart, World of Coke, the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and Philips Arena. You'll be within walking distance of numerous local restaurants and bars. The MARTA station is just two blocks away, allowing for quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. No pets are allowed in the unit, and a violation will result in a $600 fine from the building. Smoking or vaping inside the building will result in a $250 fine. If rules are violated, you may be asked to leave the building, and no refund will be provided.
