Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. Loud noise, parties, or events are not allowed. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs.
