Nestled in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that feels like home, this home is centrally located and is a 20-minute drive from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and a 15-minute drive to Bank of America Stadium. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or garage, which will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only, and cigarette butts must be discarded responsibly. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Respect the neighbors, as complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies. Corporate and social parties or events are allowed only with pre-approval from the host, and additional fees apply. No more than 6 guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. No drop-by, unregistered guests are allowed unless pre-approved by the host. Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate without refund.
