All tenants MUST fill out the rental application, and be prepared to pay first, last, & security upon lease execution. Heat & electric are not included in the monthly rent and will be reimbursed to the owner monthly. NO pets allowed outside of service animals. Property is immediately available. Mid term or long term rentals considered. Owner will supply a snow blower for the tenants use to maintain the driveway.
