The garage hangout area includes a propane fire pit and seating, perfect for evening relaxation. Guests have the run of the place, with the entire house, including the upper deck and ground-level outdoor spaces, available for their use. Laundry facilities are available in the garage. Situated in a quiet pocket near the center of Crystal Beach, this home is a short walk or golf cart ride to the wide, flat sands of the peninsula. The neighborhood is characterized by its easy-going beach town atmosphere, with families enjoying the shore and golf carts a common sight. Simple eateries, bait shops, and grocery stores are a short drive away. The roads are flat and easy to navigate, with many guests opting to rent a golf cart for convenient access to the beach, local amenities, and along Highway 87. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events are permitted. Illegal activity on the property is prohibited. Do not leave food sitting out to avoid pests. Keep the house reasonably clean. Report any accidental damage promptly. Keep noise down at night to respect neighbors. Do not move furniture, inside or out. Grilling is permitted only downstairs on the patio, never on the deck, and the grill should be cleaned after use. Rinse sand off with the downstairs shower and leave sandy shoes at the door or on the deck. Do not flush feminine products or anything that could harm the septic system, and do not pour grease down any drain. If something breaks, notify the owner; damage from careless behavior may incur costs. Lock all doors when leaving the house. Guests asked to leave due to rule-breaking or reckless behavior will not receive a refund. In a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a full refund or credit for unused nights will be provided. The property owner is not local but is available via the platform's messaging system or by phone/text for urgent matters. A hold of $200 is placed on the card before arrival and released after check-out, provided there is no damage to the house.
