Free underground parking is available. A travel crib (for 0-18 month baby) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of $10 per pet per night; please confirm availability prior to booking.
The minimum age for booking is 18 years. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund.
According to the condo rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guest's name and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building.
