No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party.
