If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
