The resort is located in a family-friendly area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, shopping centers, and entertainment districts. While the resort offers shuttles to major theme parks, a car is recommended for visiting restaurants, outlet malls, and other Orlando attractions not on the shuttle route. Pets are not allowed. A resort fee of $24/day is due at check-in to the resort. Some resort areas may have limited hours or seasonal closures; check with the front desk for details. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Resort amenities include a zero-entry heated pool, pirate-ship water slide, splash zone, seasonal heated pools, hot tubs, tiki umbrellas, hammocks, poolside bar, lounge chairs, a children’s playground, a large guest game room and arcade, a full-service spa and salon, a fitness center/gym, on-site dining options, a shuttle service to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld, a lobby with seating, a ticket booth, and concierge info.
