The entrance is separate from the main home but shared with the other tenant in the basement. Laundry facilities are shared with the homeowner. The apartment is available for immediate occupancy.
I’m seeking a responsible tenant with no pets, who is a non-smoker, and ideally a single occupant. Street parking is available, though winter restrictions may apply; a city parking permit can be obtained if needed.
You are welcome to enjoy the lower patio in the backyard or relax on the benches in the front yard. Please be mindful of water and electricity use and follow the household guidelines for garbage and recycling separation.
The TTC is just a 5-minute walk from the house, providing a quick bus ride to Humber College to the west and convenient transit access to York University to the east. Highways 400 and 401 are also only a 5-minute drive away.
