If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
