This newly renovated townhouse features new furniture, freshly painted walls, updated kitchen utensils, small appliances, beds, window furnishings, and outdoor furniture. The spacious living room includes a sofa bed, and the property also offers a dining area, a kitchen, and laundry facilities.
Beach chairs, toys, and other gear are stocked in the garage for guest use. A fire pit and gas grill are available, and propane is the responsibility of the guests. Prearrange before arrival for a maximum of 2 pets allowed per owner approval, with a non-refundable pet fee of $175 for each animal per stay up to 2 dogs with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per dog. No puppies allowed. Guests must provide a picture of the pet, a copy of the pet's current rabies vaccination, and a copy of the veterinarian record showing weight.
