It's a short walk or drive from major hospitals, including Kaiser Permanente, SF Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center, Sutter Medical General Hospital, and UCSF Medical Center, and a few steps away from a short express bus ride to the Financial District. Public transportation is readily available, with a bus line one block away that will take you to the city center. Long-term stays only are accepted with a minimum of 30 nights. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the apartment or in the outside space. Smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300 fine. Overnight guests are not permitted unless included on the initial reservation. There is a $75 charge per 30 minutes exceeding the 11 am check-out time. A $25 fee plus shipping cost will be charged to cover the cost of returning any items left behind. Guest will shoulder the locksmith's cost should they get locked out, and there is a $100 charge for a lost key. There is a $75 excessive trash/disposal fee.
