The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee of $150. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, the A/C unit will freeze, and you may incur a fine of up to $500. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
