The home is a couple of minutes' walk from the clubhouse. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. The resort is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 12 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If the temperature is set lower than 70°F, a fine of up to $500 will be incurred. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required for up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
