Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CT (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, weekends). In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there will be no compensation to guests.
