There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
