Pool heating and hot tub heating are available for $35/night each, or a pool and hot tub combo is available for $60/night with a 2-night minimum. A one-time propane refill for the BBQ is available for $55. A Pack 'N Play crib and highchair are available for rent for $40 each. A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. An extra fee of $129 per pet will be collected after booking confirmation if you have more than one pet. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed, with no Pit Bull breeds. Located in a gated community just minutes from Disney, this home is 5 minutes from Walmart and local dining, 10 minutes from Old Town and Fun Spot, 15 minutes from Disney World, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Orlando International Airport. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets, as large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in this home.
