Located across the street from campus and near Postoak Mall, Century Square, Napa Flats, Atami, and the nightlife of Northgate, you’ll be in the center of all the action. Kyle Field is just 3 minutes away, and the George W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum and MSC Opas Theater are a short drive away. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed at this property. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster, or there will be a $20 charge. If a guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained, and an event fee will be added. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video.
