The basement family room has a 70" Smart TV with access to streaming services, a Retro Pac-Man arcade, foosball, and air hockey table. Enjoy the 6-7 person hot tub overlooking Mont-Cascades. Bath robes and slippers are provided for all guests.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or extra guests are permitted. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, with a maximum of 6 vehicles on site. Parties or events are not permitted and violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation and a minimum $150 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise is allowed outdoors, especially during quiet hours. Always be respectful of the neighbors and community. Noise complaints or disturbances may result in a fine and/or early termination of your stay. Smoking is allowed outside only, away from open windows/doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash and not on the ground. Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed at the time of booking and are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture. Please clean up after your pet, and any damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility. Failure to follow these rules may result in fines starting at $150, or cancellation of your stay without refund.
