Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this home is close to parks and family-friendly activities, with easy access to main roads for smooth commuting. Enjoy the large backyard, perfect for relaxing. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. There is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am, and parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $10 charge if face towels are stained. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. $600 penalty for lost or damaged key/ fob / parking permit. $500 penalty if you’re locked out and will need someone to assist you.
