If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. A rental agreement is required to be signed before receiving check-in instructions. All early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and it is subject to approval.
