If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. If any lease violations are received, the guest will be charged: Noise violation - $80 (Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends), Trash violation - $80.
